EL MONTE (CBSLA.com) — A woman was killed Sunday morning in a rollover crash on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway, according to the CHP.
The 6:45 a.m. crash at Durfee Avenue in El Monte involved two vehicles, officials said..
Officials said 50-year-old Joann Palomares was driving her vehicle — a gray Ford F-150 pickup truck – erratically.
“There was reckless driving (by the woman) prior to the collision,” said CHP Officer Ed Jacobs.
The pickup truck hit the center divider and overturned. Palomares was ejected from her truck. She had no passengers.
